Meet Hardys! This sweet little guy was brought to Delaware Pet Rescue when his owner passed away. He is about 8 months old and is very sweet! He saw our vet and got a clean bill of health as well as a nail trim- he was very cooperative! Hardys has a smooth slick coat of shorter hair. He had a loving home before where he was well cared for, and he's hoping to find another loving home. He'd probably love to have a guinea pig friend! He enjoys sitting on your lap. He'll make a wonderful addition to your home!

All our guinea pigs see the vet for a wellness visit and nail trim prior to adoption.
Guinea pigs have wonderful personalities- they are gentle and we have yet to come across any who bite, and they keep a daytime schedule! They form close bonds with their people, similar to cats and dogs. Did you know they are able to recognize people based on scent, sound and sight?! These sweet animals make wonderful pets!

*Please note - we do not do on-site meet and greets. Potential adopters can speak to the guinea pig's foster mom on the phone or do a meeting on Zoom or Facetime if desired to virtually meet the guinea pig. You can pick your guinea pig up "curb side". Guinea pigs can be returned with a full refund for up to one week. *
DPR guinea pigs receive a vet check up prior to adoption!
